Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of eSIM data plans from TripKite. By placing an order you agree to them.

NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_NAME, NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_ADDRESS and NEXT_PUBLIC_JURISDICTION, then have the wording checked against how you actually operate. This banner disappears once they are set.1. What we sell
We resell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. We are a reseller, not a mobile network operator. Service is carried on local partner networks in each destination.
Plans are data only. They do not include a phone number, and do not support regular voice calls or SMS. Calls over WhatsApp, FaceTime and similar apps work over the data connection.
2. Your device
You are responsible for confirming, before you buy, that your device:
- supports eSIM — dial
*#06#and check an EID number appears; and - is not locked to a network operator.
A locked or incompatible device will refuse the profile. Because the profile is consumed on issue, this is not refundable once installed. See our Refund Policy.
3. Validity and data
- Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy it. Installing early costs you nothing.
- Unused data does not roll over, and expired plans cannot be extended or refunded.
- On plans described as unlimited, a fair-use threshold may apply, after which speed is reduced for the remainder of the period. Where one applies it is stated on the plan.
- Tethering is supported on most plans; tethered devices share the same allowance.
4. Coverage and quality
Coverage, speed and network availability depend on the local operator, your location, your device and network congestion. We cannot guarantee any particular speed or that service will be available at a specific address. 5G is provided only where the plan and the local network both support it.
5. Payment
Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes and nothing is added at checkout. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we never receive your card or UPI credentials. Your order is confirmed only once payment is captured and the eSIM is issued.
6. Delivery
Your QR code appears on your order page as soon as the eSIM is issued, and is emailed as a backup. If issuing fails after payment, you are refunded in full — see Refunds.
The link in your email contains a secret access code. Anyone with that link can install your eSIM, so treat it as you would a ticket.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- break any law in the country you are using it in;
- resell the connection, or run it as a permanent fixed-line replacement;
- send spam, or attempt to breach any network or system.
We may suspend or revoke an eSIM used this way, or where the local operator requires it, without refund.
8. Liability
We are liable to you for the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including missed connections, lost bookings or lost business — arising from loss of service.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY], India.
